How should Retaron® Makula Omega 3 be taken?
Recommended consumption
You should take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal and cold liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. We do not recommend taking any other zinc-containing dietary supplements. Regular and long-term use is recommended.

Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. The best-before date is indicated on the packaging and applies to the undamaged product when stored according to the instructions.
